Celebrate National Travel and Tourism Week By Sending A Postcard
National Travel and Tourism Week (May 3–9, 2026) is all about celebrating the places we love—and here in Chippewa County, we’re doing just that in a creative, community-driven way.
This year, GO Chippewa County, the tourism division of the Chippewa Falls Area Chamber of Commerce, is inviting locals to help spread the word about what makes our area so special through a unique postcard campaign.
Share Your Chippewa County Story
Starting May 3, residents can stop by participating locations across Chippewa County to pick up a free postcard featuring exclusive artwork by local artist Des Sikowski-Nelson. Each design highlights the beauty, character, and charm of our community.
Once you’ve got your postcard, simply write a note inviting a friend, family member, or someone special to visit Chippewa County. Whether it’s your favorite trail, go-to restaurant, or a can’t-miss event, this is your chance to share what you love most.
Best of all, postage is already covered, just fill it out and send it on its way.
Win While You Share
As a thank you, each completed postcard will be entered for a chance to win one of two $50 Chamber Buck$ prizes. It’s a fun way to support local businesses while spreading the Chippewa County Message.
Where to Find Postcards
Postcards will be available beginning May 3 at the following locations:
