Max’s on the Lake is a newly remodeled bar & grill, located right on Long Lake in New Auburn. It has been in operation for over 70 years, drawing in large crowds in the summer to eat, drink, and enjoy the lake views. Max’s docks make for easy access to the water for swimming or boating. This bar & grill serves delicious appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, Friday fish fry, and more. Its location near the Chippewa Moraine State Recreation Area and Ice Age Trail makes it a perfect place to grab a bite after a long day outside.
