Connell’s Family Orchard is a classic Wisconsin orchard with deep family roots and plenty to enjoy through the seasons. Established in 1858 and now operated by Richard J. Connell and family, it offers a warm, family-run experience centered on apples, berries, pumpkins, and fall fun.
- What you’ll do:
Pick from 30 varieties of apples, and enjoy seasonal produce like blueberries, raspberries, plums, and pumpkins. In the fall, wagon rides add a cozy orchard experience with crisp air, caramel apples, and a scenic countryside setting. - What it’s like:
A welcoming, old-fashioned orchard that feels both traditional and family-friendly. With seven generations involved, it has a strong sense of history and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to spend time exploring and picking. - Good to know:
Blueberries are typically ready in June and July, raspberries in July through the first frost, and pumpkins in September and October. Wagon rides are offered every weekend in September and October. Hours vary by season: June/July by appointment only, August 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, September/October 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and November 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
