Connell’s Family Orchard
The Connell Family Orchard was established in 1858 by the late great, great, great, grandpa James Connell. What started out as land used for lumber with the Black River stage coach running through it grew into the orchard it is today.
There are seven generations of the Connell family that work at the orchard. Currently, Richard J. Connell & family own and operate this wonderful family business!
Connell’s Family Orchard offers fun for the entire family! Throw on your coziest sweater, and head to the orchard to find 30 varieties of apples. They carry apples to fancy the taste buds of ALL apple lovers. From sweet and tangy to tart and sassy, they truly have a taste of everything for everyone.
Additionally, they grow pumpkins, raspberries, blueberries, and plums. Blueberries are ready for picking in June/July. Raspberries are ready for picking in July and can be harvested until the first frost. Pumpkins are ready in September and October!
Wagon rides are available every weekend in September and October. Cover up with a warm blanket, munch on a caramel apple, and enjoy the crisp fall air on your wagon ride.

June/July: Appointment only. Pick your own blueberries and raspberries.
