This outdoor yoga class on the beautiful patio lawn overlooking Lake Wissota @ Wissota Golf & Events brings us together to connect to the breath, feel the body and move into a space that has increased openness of both mind and body. You will have the opportunity to connect with nature, while you find both calm and energy in the practice, increasing flexibility, strength and balance. This class is for all levels of fitness and yoga and brings you all the goodness on your Sunday morning! Following yoga, your ticket includes a drink ticket to the Pro Shop bar! Bring your yoga mat or use one that is provided!
