An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until November 25, 2025
Practicing yoga as a child is a great way to learn and connect with self in a calm, creative and supportive environment.
The class will explore age-appropriate breathing techniques, yoga poses and creative mindfulness in a fun, explorative journey.
Yoga for ages 5-9 yrs. Children of other ages welcome on a case-by-case basis if they’re developmentally ready and excited to participate! After Nov. 6th class, Kids Corner will be open for play for children whose parent(s) are joining the Yoga Plant BUNCO Night.
Cost: $13 for individual class or $45 for all 4 Lil’ Lotus Classes in November.
