A rustic campsite awaits you at Otter Lake County Park. With its 22 campsites, this wooded park is situated on Otter Lake – one of the finest fishing lakes in Chippewa County! Walleye, bass, and panfish abound! A fine swimming beach, picnic area, and boat launch, along with a very scenic setting, make Otter Lake a beautiful park and perfect destination. Take County Highway H, 7.5 miles north of Stanley to 165th Avenue, and then 2.0 miles west to the park.
Otter Lake County Campground and Day Park is located on the north end of Otter Lake; one of the finest fishing lakes in Wisconsin. The park is located 7.5 miles north of Stanley, Wisconsin and is 2.1 miles west of the intersection of County Highway H and County Highway F.
Otter Lake campground has a fill station, but does not have a sanitary dump. The County has collaborated with the City of Stanley for our campground guests to be able to utilize the sanitary dump station at Chapman Park located in the city of Stanley. 20-30-50 amp electricity is now installed on all sites at all parks. Firewood is available from the caretaker for $6.00 per rick (wheelbarrow full).
The campground has its own playground, bathroom (flush toilets), fish cleaning house, and boat launch. All camping guests are welcome to use the day park facilities as well. This is our only County Campground with a separate day park area. A new bathroom and shower house is coming for the 2024 season.
