Are you curious about yoga and not sure where to begin? Have you ever wanted to try yoga but are afraid you are not flexible enough or will look silly trying? We get it, we all started somewhere, and we all had those same thoughts and feelings when we started. This workshop is an introduction to yoga, the basic postures/poses, the importance of engagement and why it will help you in your practice. This workshop is intended to help build confidence, explain the basics, and dispel any myths or expectations you may have been led to believe about yoga. There will be plenty of hands on assist to help you feel the postures.
