The Hair Refinery is partnering with Organically Captured for Downtown Chippewa Falls Trick or Treating! On October 31st from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm stop in while getting candy and receive one complimentary photo in your costume! All photos will be available for digital download the next day. There is no time slot necessary just stop in any time between 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
