Have you ever wondered how the delicious maple syrup is made? Well, come on out to Beaver Creek Reserve on February 23rd! Participants will get a chance to tour Beaver Creek’s syrup-making operation, sample BCR maple syrup, and learn about the long history of maple syrup. The program will be held at Beaver Creek Reserve in the auditorium. You must register and pay for the event by February 20th. This event cost $8 for members and $10 for nonmembers. All ages are welcome but we encourage 12 and older.
