Elevate your New Year’s resolutions! This special 75-minute class blends deeply nourishing Yin postures with grounding breathwork to help you settle into your body and soften into stillness. Each shape is held for several minutes with the support of bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing your fascia and connective tissues to unwind while your nervous system drops into deep rest.

From that place of spaciousness, you’ll be guided into a heart-centered meditation that prepares you for Sankalpa, a yogic practice of setting a heartfelt intention or inner vow. Allowing the wisdom of your heart to guide you can bring clarity and expansion, giving your intentions the spark they need to become embodied change. Arrive as you are, and leave ready to meet the new year with renewed energy and direction. All levels welcome.
