Join us for a 5 course dinner where you get to sample a Wine from River Bend Winery and a Beer from Lazy Monk Brewing with each course.

Beer and Wine will go head to head in a fun format of dinner pairing rounds. You get to learn, taste and rate the samples, and enjoy your 5 course dinner from our Executive Chef.

Now a LOCAL BATTLE! Lazy Monk Brewery will be the featured beer for the evening and our Wine will be showcasing River Bend Winery!

• Honey smoked salmon served atop a feta and caper chaffle garnished with dill cream cheese and pickled onion

• Cream of seven onion soup with pumpernickel crouton and toasted Gruyère cheese 

• Spring greens salad melon tower with pomegranate vinaigrette 

• Petite grilled sirloin paired with seared sea scallops with dutchess potato sautéed mushroooms and fresh spring vegetables.

• Cream brûlée cheesecake with chocolate truffle garnish and fresh berries
