Big Papa is a family owned and operated food truck and catering business located just outside of Colfax, Eau Claire, and Chippewa Falls. On the truck they offer Pulled Pork, Chicken and Beef sandwiches, Burnt Ends, Ribs and Rib Tips with traditional sides of baked beans, coleslaw, Mac & Cheese, and Baked Potato. Big Papa BBQ will be here serving food from 11am to 5pm.
