Welcome to October’s Beer Dinner! It won’t be spooky, but it will be delicious. Join Chef Adam as he prepares an amazing four-course meal that gets paired with four different beers that complement the meals.
Course 1: Caramelized onion and blue cheese tart
Course 2: Poutine fries
Course 3: Ribs with salt potatoes and dill sour cream
Course 4: Ginger snaps with milk
