Legendary New Orleans jazz trumpet player Leroy Jones will perform with high school jazz ensembles from Bloomer, Osseo-Fairchild, and Fall Creek in an evening showcasing the talent and dedication of high school musicians from all three schools. Audiences are invited to enjoy an engaging concert that reflects the hard work, creativity, and musical growth of our local rural band students. A large portion of the ticket sales will benefit the three schools’ music programs. Leroy is a founding member of Hurricane Brass Band, spent 20 years touring with Harry Connick Jr and is a regular performer with Preservation Hall Jazz Band.
