We are so excited for the opportunity to bring you a dazzling evening of dance by Barátok Belly Dance Company at the beautiful and historic Heyde Theater.
This show will take you through a range of history, art and entertainment as you discover the beauty and vibrance of Raqs Sharqi, also known as “Belly Dance”.

Barátok Belly Dance Company performs all around the midwest as a resident act of The Minnesota Renaissance Festival as well The Minnesota Renaissance Festival Feast of Fantasy. They also perform at The Renaissance Festival of Nebraska, The Siouxland Renaissance Festival, county fairs and numerous other public and private events year round.
They have a passion for Arabic music and producing high-caliber performance pieces.

All choreographies are original and choreographed by the dancers themselves.

This show is appropriate for all ages and has interactive opportunities for the audience members who wish to participate.
