West Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission is hosting an Open House to gauge interest in outdoor recreation activities, identify assets with the region, solicit ideas for potential regional projects related to outdoor recreation, and answer questions individuals may have about the project. Anyone from anywhere is invited to attend any meeting. However, there will be an emphasis on each county’s specific assets at that specific county’s meeting, meaning we will have maps available physically for that county and digitally for the region. Individuals who did not participate in the residential / user survey can fill one out at any of the open houses.

For Chippewa and Eau Claire counties, NPS staff will be on hand to receive feedback on the urban area planning effort.
