Autumn Mosaics for Beginners

Join Dawn Briskey from Reclaimed Mosaics at String Theory in Chippewa Falls. Learn the basics of mosaic creation while creating one fun autumn mosaic.
You will learn how to:
- Prepare a wooden substrate
- Prepare and glue tesserae (tiles, glass, beads, etc.) to the substrate
- Finish the mosaic
Additional Details:
- Choose from a variety of wooden autumn shapes and materials to create your unique design.
- No cutting necessary. Nontoxic glue will be used as adhesive.
- Take home your mosaic and information on where you can find wooden substrates, adhesives, and supplies to make more mosaics at home.
- Options to purchase additional materials at the end of class will be available.
- This class is for those new to mosaic and/or anyone who already knows how to mosaic and simply wants to have a fun evening out.
- Children ages 10-14 welcome with adult.
Enrollment limited to 10 people per session.
