Join us at The Willow on June 20th for this very exciting wine dinner!
Chef Nick has assembled a very unique menu featuring all of the wonderful flavor elements of smoke. Every course will be paired with wine that compliments the flavors of each dish.
Course 1 – Prosciutto, caramelized onion, & smoked gouda pinwheel with smoked fig jam
Course 2 – Tossed green salad with soy chili cranberries, smoked bleu cheese, mandarin balsamic vinaigrette
Course 3 – Blueberry chipotle smoked ribs, roasted rosemary red potatoes, & smoky corn slaw
Course 4 – Warm apple pie with smoked sliced cheddar
Doors open at 6pm, and the first course is served at 6:30pm.
