Ever wanted to try out Goat Yoga? Well, come on out to Hidden Timber Soul Sanctuary every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from March 1st through November 15th (see schedule below). Must be 16+ to attend and if under the age of 18, you must be with a guardian. This event cost $45 per person.

Here is the full schedule for dates and times:

• Fridays, starting April 4th and running through November 14th. Session from 6-7 pm.
• Saturdays, starting March 1st and running through November 15th. Session from 9-10 am.
• Saturdays, starting April 5th and running through November 15th from 11am-Noon.
• Sundays, starting April 6th running through October 5th from 9-10am.
